1. NATURE OF SERVICES & IMPORTANT NOTICE
Maison Psychic is a private practice offering psychic mediumship readings, intuitive counsel, channelled transmissions, energy healing, ancestral readings, auric field readings, tarot development, intuitive development, and guided meditation sessions.
All services provided by Maison Psychic are offered solely for the purposes of spiritual exploration, personal reflection, and guidance. They are not, under any circumstances, to be regarded as a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or any other form of regulated professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Psychic and mediumship services are provided for personal guidance purposes only. By the nature of the work, all readings and transmissions are subjective and are received and delivered in good faith through channelled perception. No reading or transmission constitutes fact, clinical diagnosis, legal opinion, financial advice, or medical guidance of any kind.
Maison Psychic operates within the United Kingdom and is subject to the laws and regulations of England and Wales. All clients engaging with Maison Psychic acknowledge and accept this in full.
2. THE NATURE OF PSYCHIC & MEDIUMSHIP WORK
Psychic readings, mediumship sessions, channelled transmissions, and all related services are matters of personal belief and spiritual practice. They are not recognised as sciences under UK law or the laws of any other jurisdiction.
Maison Psychic does not claim to possess supernatural powers, to predict the future with certainty, or to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any session. All information received and transmitted during a session is offered in good faith as perceived by the practitioner at the time of the session. The interpretation, application, and weight attributed to any such information is the sole responsibility of the client.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951 (repealed and replaced by the aforementioned regulations), Maison Psychic operates with complete transparency and does not make claims that cannot be substantiated. All services are offered for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only.
3. MEDIUMSHIP & SPIRITUAL COMMUNICATION
Mediumship sessions offered by Maison Psychic are conducted with the utmost integrity, devotion, and care. All mediumship work is entered without prior information and delivered in good faith as received through channelled perception.
Maison Psychic makes no guarantee as to the identity, content, nature, or specific details of any communication received during a mediumship session. The nature of spiritual communication does not conform to the requirements or expectations of the rational or logical mind, and clients are respectfully encouraged to approach mediumship sessions with openness, patience, and an understanding of the inherent subjectivity of the work.
Mediumship sessions are not a substitute for grief counselling or bereavement support. If you are experiencing acute or unresolved grief, we respectfully encourage you to seek the support of a qualified bereavement counsellor or therapist alongside, or before, booking a session.
4. ENERGY HEALING & CLEARING SESSIONS
Energy healing and clearing sessions offered by Maison Psychic are channelled in nature and are not a form of medical treatment. They do not involve physical contact and are conducted remotely via audio call only.
Energy healing is a complementary practice and is in no way a replacement for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or any other form of regulated healthcare. Clients with existing medical or psychiatric conditions are strongly advised to continue all prescribed treatments and to consult their medical practitioner before engaging in energy healing work.
Maison Psychic makes no claim that energy healing sessions will cure, treat, diagnose, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. Any perceived benefits are subjective and experienced differently by each individual.
5. INTUITIVE & PSYCHIC DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS
Sessions offered under the Development category — including The Awakening, The Card, and The Still — are educational and experiential in nature. They are designed to support the personal and spiritual development of the individual and are not a guarantee of the acquisition of psychic or mediumistic ability.
Maison Psychic makes no claim that participation in development sessions will result in the client acquiring, enhancing, or certifying any psychic, mediumistic, or intuitive ability. All development sessions are offered in good faith as guided personal exploration.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & INFORMED CONSENT
By submitting an application to Maison Psychic and attending a session, the client confirms that they:
— Are 18 years of age or older. — Have read, understood, and accepted the full terms of this legal notice and disclaimer. — Are engaging with Maison Psychic of their own free will and without coercion. — Understand and accept the subjective nature of psychic, mediumship, and energy healing services. — Accept full personal responsibility for any decisions made in connection with, or arising from, information received during any session. — Are in a suitable emotional and psychological state to receive a session. — Understand that sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial professional advice. — Will not hold Maison Psychic liable for any outcome, perceived or actual, arising from their session.
7. VULNERABLE CLIENTS & WELLBEING
The wellbeing of every client is of paramount importance to Maison Psychic. We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or terminate a session at any time where we have reasonable concern for the emotional or psychological wellbeing of a client.
If at any point during a session a client appears to be in a state of acute emotional distress, mental health crisis, or is expressing thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, Maison Psychic reserves the right to end the session and direct the client to appropriate emergency or professional support services.
Maison Psychic strongly advises that clients who are currently experiencing mental health difficulties, are under the care of a psychiatric professional, or are in a period of acute grief or trauma seek appropriate professional support before booking a session. We are not equipped to act as a mental health service and do not hold ourselves out as such.
8. MINIMUM AGE
All clients must be 18 years of age or older without exception. Maison Psychic does not offer sessions to minors under any circumstances. By submitting an application, the client confirms their age and accepts that any false declaration of age shall render the booking void and non-refundable.
9. APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE
Maison Psychic operates exclusively through an application-based process. The submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or the provision of services. Maison Psychic reserves the right to decline any application at its sole and absolute discretion, without obligation to provide reason. Applications are reviewed through a process of personal and intuitive discernment, and acceptance is granted only where genuine resonance is felt.
10. PAYMENT & BOOKING
Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. Sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are as published at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice.
All payments are processed securely. Maison Psychic does not store card or payment details. In the event of a pricing error, Maison Psychic reserves the right to contact the client to rectify the error prior to the session taking place.
11. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Notice must be given in writing to hello@maisonpsychic.com.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable in full. Where sufficient notice is given, a session may be rescheduled on one occasion only. No further rescheduling will be offered thereafter, and the session fee will be forfeited.
No refund will be offered once a session has commenced, regardless of the client's satisfaction with the content of the session. The subjective nature of psychic and mediumship work means that Maison Psychic cannot offer refunds on the basis of the content of a transmission.
Maison Psychic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the client will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment at their preference.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PRIVACY
All sessions and all information provided as part of the application process are held in complete and unwavering confidence. No personal information, session content, or identifying details are shared with any third party under any circumstances, except where required by law.
Maison Psychic collects only the minimum personal information necessary to process applications and administer bookings. This information is held securely and is not used for any marketing, commercial, or third-party purpose. In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, clients have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting hello@maisonpsychic.com.
13. RECORDINGS
Sessions may be recorded by the client for their own personal use only, and solely with the prior written agreement of Maison Psychic obtained before the session commences. Recordings may not be shared publicly, published on any platform, broadcast, edited, adapted, or used in any commercial capacity whatsoever.
Maison Psychic reserves the right to withdraw permission for recording at any time. Any unauthorised recording, sharing, or commercial use of session content may result in legal action.
14. TESTIMONIALS & SOCIAL MEDIA
Clients who share their experience of Maison Psychic publicly — whether on social media, review platforms, or in any other public forum — do so entirely at their own discretion. Maison Psychic does not solicit, incentivise, or endorse specific testimonials.
Any public sharing of session content, whether in part or in full, without the prior written consent of Maison Psychic, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a breach of confidentiality and intellectual property rights.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content associated with Maison Psychic — including but not limited to the brand name, session names, written materials, website content, visual identity, imagery, and all published copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maison Psychic and is protected under applicable UK and international copyright and trademark law.
No content may be reproduced, copied, adapted, distributed, published, or used in any form — whether in whole or in part — without the prior written consent of Maison Psychic. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property belonging to Maison Psychic will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Psychic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services, the content of any session, or this website. This includes, without limitation, loss of income, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, financial loss, or any decisions made in reliance upon information received during a session.
Maison Psychic's total liability in connection with any session shall not exceed the fee paid for that session.
17. INDEMNITY
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maison Psychic, its practitioner, and its representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or in connection with the client's use of our services, breach of these terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
18. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This legal notice, disclaimer, and all terms governing the relationship between Maison Psychic and its clients are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the services of Maison Psychic shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
19. AMENDMENTS
Maison Psychic reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this legal notice and disclaimer at any time and without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is published at the top of this page. Continued engagement with Maison Psychic following any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
